I am a full service real estate agent. I “do real estate” 7 days a week. I incorporate all the necessary tools to meet and exceed my clients expectations. I am available to you 7 days a week and I never stop moving (hey that’s the Coldwell Banker saying)! Seriously though - why would you go through the entire process on your own without having someone on your side? Does Donald Trump buy real estate without professionals advising him of values in the area? No!

I utilize the most current information to provide you with an accurate assessment of home values. I comb the areas you want to see! Other agents will show you what they want you to see.

I also work with your budget. I do not and will not show homes that are outside the range provided. However, I do assist you to maximize your purchase potential by working with the best mortgage consultants in the business.

I provide you with the tools needed to make your search effective, organized and I guide you through the entire process as your Personal MLS Guide, but I do it according to your wants and ultimate needs.

The The Real Estate Coach Program features a plan of action that allows you, my buyer client, to stay ahead of buyers competing for the same listing, ensures that you will be kept up to date on all listings previously seen, and provides you with as much information about a given property in order to make the right offer. As your Real Estate Coach, I make the process Efficient because I use the latest technologies so that we never skip a beat. The Real Estate Coach Program also incorporates Home Review Sheets that allow us to work together to really know what you like and do not like. The Real Estate Coach Program begins with a Comprehensive Analsysis of YOUR Needs & Wants. From there, we search at YOUR pace. When YOU’RE ready to make an offer, we make offers that will get the attention of sellers.
