About Thomas McGiveron
I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors since 2007. I obtained my Broker Associate License in 2011 after having successfully sold over 40 homes in my first 2 full years in real estate during the Great Recession.
My specialty is pricing homes for maximum sale value. My expertise comes from a long history of helping investors resell renovation homes, and providing over 2,500 home evaluations for homeowners, lenders, and home purchasers during my successful career.
Being a professional real estate agent and Realtor® has never been about "having a job". I'm an entrepreneur-at-heart. I owned a successful landscaping business for several years until I sold back in 2005 and I was a partner in a restaurant in Bay Shore.
Real estate is not work for me; it's a passion. My clients are like family and I tend to their goals and real estate dreams with strength and honor (like a Gladiator - If you didn't see the movie, it's okay. Don't worry, I don't slay anyone with a sword, for the pen is mightier!)😁
In all seriousness, I've negotiated 100's of real estate transactions and if there's one thing I know about myself it's that I always keep your interests right in front me, always.
My commitment to my profession has driven me to become an expert on Long Island home price trends and host The Housing Expert's Podcast. Feel free to check it out.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
