- There are less homes for sale than prior month (good for sellers, bad for buyers)
- Sold prices adjust lower slightly (this is the 3rd month in a row sold prices have declined)
- The gap between asking prices and sold prices may be increasing. Meaning, homeowners and agents are overpricing listings.
